Was ok right up till I was about to pay then no go. If the stupid coupon code doesn’t work then they should just not allow it to go through at all but no they wait till I fill out all my details first. What a waste of time

I successfully ordered 16 piecesnwith xlarge fries. They have gone downhill and even at half price it's not worth it. I was looking for actual chicken pieces and not scraps. Not only are they tiny, but it was bland ant tasteless. What a disappointment and for those who missed it, don't worry it was garbage.

I would concur though I have heard other locations cook it better. My location sucks as it’s always greasy. . If anything their quality control sucks and kfc needs to clamp down on that to remain competitive
