Seems the Samsung YouTube app only plays videos at 1080p. Can't get 4k unless through browser. Anyone know how to resolve?

Don't think samsung can actually get the HDR signal from YouTube. It's only 4k but no hdr for YouTube I think

The YouTube app does play 4k. Problem is you can't select which resolution and I assume it defaults to highest if bandwidth is OK. Go to the nerd stats to see what res it's playing

It even fits in the back of a 2000 Honda hatchback. Steer with rib cage and contortionist entry/exits though. Hatchbacks FTW.

Has anyone seen the 55 Samsung 6290 in stock at a GTA Costco? I'd rather buy from there. Thanks

And I'm also wondering if their pricing is for today only or week long. Thanks.

If you are going over just for the day... but I've been away for more than 48 hours and have the $800 exemption. Any way... certainly not for everyone just thought I'd post as a lot of people are travelling this time of year.

I only saw the 65" flat 6290 for $1349, why not get the curve for cheaper right?

At first, The csr didnt want to do the price adjustment because it has been more than 14 days, which i think is somthing that she just made up. And then she played the out-of stock card. Obviously, when she asked the manager , he said that price adjustment can be done within the return period which is 90 days for tvs. Some csrs make you feel that they are doing refunds from their own pockets and try to come with whatever rules they can to deny your adjustments/price matches.
Same experience with me doing the price adjustment. Huge pain, as you said it's like the money's coming from their account or something.
At first it was more than 14 days so they wouldn't do it, then they said fine but I needed original member with me (purchased using a friends membership), then I came back with my friend and they didn't want to do it because they sold out in store. So dumb.
They finally agreed to do it, got $113 back. Happy to get the money, but annoyed at how much work it ended up being.
