$59 USD 3-night Princess Cruise from LA to Vancouver - May 5 ($134 taxes included)

Deal Link:
this might be the lowest per night cruise i've seen (based on $/night), cheaper than hotel! please note tips are around $12 extra pp/pn

CREDITS TO AdamKing:
For this sailing, with the cheapest interior room, it comes to
Pax 1: $59 Fare + $75 fare = $134
Pax 2: $59 Fare + $75 fare = $134
Total: $268 USD, roughly $362 CAD for two

Other "cheap" sailings available around this date at a higher price

Hot deal. Was looking for a cruise from LA to Vancouver. Too bad the departure date is May 5. Need something in July or August.

Anyone know what the average age group of passengers is?

Do these types of cruise deals attract bored seniors?

Or is it a complete frat house on board with puke flying in all directions?

I've seen more seniors onboard Princess compared to say Royal Caribbean/Carnival. Keep in mind there are no stops between LA and Vancouver so its just the activities they offer onboard for three days.

For those that's wondering and also got bait clicked in this thread, since OP didn't bother including the inclusive price.

Pax 1: $59 Fare + $75 fare = $134
Pax 2: $59 Fare + $75 fare = $134
Total: $268 USD, roughly $362 CAD for two

Not bad of a deal if you can find a decent cheap flight down.

One way YVR-LAX on May 4 is currently at $348 on AC with 1 stop in YYC or $509 for non-stop. Plus a night of hotel.

this might be the lowest per night cruise i've seen ($20/night), cheaper than hotel! of course no taxes/tips included.
Incorrect. I was congratulated and offered a free cruise. Free is better than this ;). But maybe I can splurge a bit since a Korean tech executive contacted me trying to get their money back from the government by paying a fine to unlock their bank account. They only needs $3000 from me and I'll get 2 million back. I know this is legitimate since it isn't like those Nigerian scams. Also I trust Korean quality goods ;).

Yeah, pretty obvious there's a catch since the price is too good to be true. Thanks identifying the real numbers.

Based on the cruiseline (older crowd), kids should still be in school and reposition/Alaska cruises, it will be an older crowd. So it should be a relaxing cruise.

The high cost of 1 way flight down is a serious dealbreaker for me if you're going down only to cruise right back up. ☹️ I was expecting under $200 from YVR to la. The flight cost is more acceptable if you were vacationing down in la and then cruising back home.

For those debating which ship to go on, Golden/Star princess supposedly have "Born to dance" Broadway style show running on board. It was co-produced by Stephen Schwartz which should be pretty good.

I believe Coral princess's anchor/signature show is "On the Bayou".

This is a repositioning cruise I believe. I took a similar one in December 2017 from Vancouver to LA and it was a good first cruise experience! Beware if you're prone to sea-sickness however, the water along the Oregon coast is quite rough and we felt slight rocking all down the coast. It's nothing terrible, just a constant motion that might cause nausea in some people.

Demographics were mostly middle-aged, along with some younger couples (ie 30s) and many families. There were enough random activities to keep you entertained on the boat. Restaurants had good variety and good service. Of course there is always the buffet. I found the buffet alright, but not amazing like the ones in Vegas.

Good suggestion to bring your own gravol just in case. It's a shame they didn't include at least one stop along the way.

Don't forget the automatically charged tips which is approx $13.50us/day x 3 days or about $55 cdn. Don't be those cruel/cheap cruisers who remove the tip.

Aaaah...so I’m out. The suspect demographic is a massive dealbreaker. Thanks for the tip!
