My membership was expired for over 18 months. I went online to "renew" it and inputted the code. It did not show the 0.01 discount however when I called in and spoke to an agent he said it's probably still applied if it did not give an error when inputting.

He said worse case scenario if you do not receive the voucher just send an email to Costco customer service and they will provide a voucher.

no, they dont issue another voucher. I tried it with the $20 off voucher before

Did you receive the voucher code? It is not showing 0.01 discount when I applied it.

So how did you get around it? Address is not a problem, but picking up the card your ID would have a previously used address on it. Or are you saying you signed up, but now trying to figure out how to get the card?

Like I said earlier, I spoke with Costco, they validate that I was registered for the promo, and that the email for the $60 voucher could take up to 3-4 weeks to be received (it is sent by another company in charge of administrating the promo).

I used same ID to open account with different address no issue. Old membership expired this month. Upgraded to executive and they gave another $25 coupon for online.
