By the time you position yourself to one of these airports aren't you just better off (price-wise) booking a 1 ticket roundtrip from your home city?

So you are saying that I should fly from Niagara Falls ON to Buffalo, NY. Self quarantine for 14 days. Then fly to Puerto Rico?

Even aside from the fact that they're in basic economy, why would anyone be traveling to the US more than absolutely necessary right now? Even if Puerto Rico were doing fine, I'd rather pay more and avoid "outside" transits like what it'd take to position you to one of those airports from Canada.

Wouldn't you have to quarantine for 14 days in Puerto Rico too?
