It should be called email offer. I have received email offer which showed up in my PCO acct too. An in-store offer is the one that is on the flyer or store shelf, but not in your PCO acct or in an email.

It is possible if they are in the produce department area. I bought some Chinese salted eggs and got the 7500 pts because they are located in the produce area.
