I would assume most people use this service because they are not frequent users(I.e. occasional use for emergency). Otherwise they are more expensive than other monthly paid cell service. So this promotion doesn’t mean much if you will never use more than $25 per year because you still need to top up min. of $25 per year to keep unused credit.

They still on 3G network and have drop out on calls a lot recently.

This plan has been perfect for my daughter. She never makes calls and we use the unlimited $10/month text plan.

She hasn't had any issues with them.

Your daughter could have Canada Wide calling plus unlimited texting through Freedom mobile for $130 a year, assuming you're in a Freedom zone.

Funny enough our other daughter has that plan (we got it at $99 though). We actually prefer this one. Lots of freedom texts that never get sent or received even though we are in a good coverage area. The 7-11 plan never has those same issues.

I would suggest public mobile. $13 (with automatic payment) per month and you have unlimited sms, unlimited call in, 100 minutes call out and 250M data. And they usually will send some data(1G or 2G) for free every year. So you will get extra 100M or 200M data every month.

It $156 per year, a little bit expensive than 120. But after 3 years, it will be $120 because of loyalty.( 1$ per year). And if you move your 2 daughters to PM, you should be able to save extra 1$ per month because of referral.
