7 Years of Toronto condos - New all time high in October 2019

A lot of people have been wrong over the last 7 years, I don't want to sit here and say I told you so but here is a visual;

How much will they drop during recession not downturn? The overall trend is up, but we haven't had a bad economy during that 7 year stretch

No one knows but 2008 was a global financial crisis, worst since the great depression. Toronto real estate did not go down. Not to mention there have been dozens of changes since then to strengthen the stability of the market. Here is a list of about 50;

To the moon.

Just lost out on a 1bedroom at pinnacle centre just yesterday, there were 7 bids. Market is as strong as ever. Don't let the bears tell you otherwise. Interest rates are low, and Toronto is the centre of the universe.

In terms of good tenants? I guess it's pretty good. The problem I have now is any issue they are quoting LTB like bible scriptures. Never had a rocky relationship with tenants until the last year or so.
