Anyhoos, found another seller that has 6pairs of low cut 'trainer' socks in 75% cotton with rest in nylon & elastane. Claims to be moisture wicking as well. Only usd$6.99 ie. <cad$9 with free shipping from UK seller. FWIW I assume these are made in China or similar (as are most I presume). Bought a set to try it out myself

These fit rather tight. Probably good if you also wear compression stockings. They are also slippery on smooth floors.
