Well, I don't think Flight Hub will care when you say that they're the worst airline ever since they're not an airline. They're a reseller. Second of all, did you have travel insurance? Third, did you read the terms when you bought the tickets? I don't think Flight Hub is the best reseller out there or anything as I've certainly heard complaints about them before (I usually buy flights from a brick and mortar reseller or the airline directly) but I have my doubts that they stole your money. Most tickets sold have a host of conditions, most can't be cancelled with a full refund.

1) FlightHub is not an airline
2) This is where travel insurance comes into play
3) Next time, if you want more flexibility, book a refundable fare ticket

TLDR: Cancels airline ticket, doesn't have insurance, expects full refund. Cool story bro

So which is the airline you don't like?

If you do, in fact, have a credit, you should be able to apply the amount to anything. Sounds like you are only being given the option to exchange your tickets.

OP may or may not have a FlightHub credit. They were claiming that they cancelled 7 tickets, no insurance, and were offered ~$4K in travel credit. Now they are saying to re-book those 7 tickets, it'll cost an additional $4K in addition to the credits they have.
