There is no such thing as reliable snow removal. You sign up to one and hope you are one of their earlier customers. The scenario is pretty simple:
1. Snow Removal Company A: 5 plows and 600 houses to plow per snowfall. It's gonna take time.
2. Snow Removal Company B: 10 plows and 6000 houses to plow per snowfall. It's gonna take even more time.
