Are you sure it's not the verification app your talking about?

Hmm, wouldn’t work on my One Plus 6. Any specific loyalty card? Just won’t do anything when I attempt to scan the QR code. Tried scanning from other phone, tablet and laptop. But scans fine with the Vaccine Ontario app.

I personally used the Canada Post one. Haven't had to try it out in the wild yet, but it does display my QR code.

I just put the PDF on my Android phone homescreen. I can open it and expand the QR code to fill the screen for scanning, which is not as convenient as having an app display it. I haven't needed to show it yet, but the whole certificate is there if someone needs to see it.

Another option with ios 15 is to create a 'FILES' widget on the home screen. Then you are one click away on your iphone to view the QR code. Save the QR code PDF to a file folder on the iphone first.

Actually I was getting error and web site not respondingPointsHubby wrote: ↑ Ya that automated queue system has been around for awhile
I first saw it when I booked my 2nd Shot with Ontario Public Health (same website)
I like it a lot … waiting for the little man to walk across the screen
Is so much better than just watching a circle go round on the screen without any indication of how long you have to wait … which happens on so many other websites when you wait in line to buy things (like tickets to games / events )
Lol when I went to download my QR Code this weekend (as per this thread topic)
It was after midnight … and the system wasn’t busy at all (READ … 2 minute wait )
I tell you that little man RAN across my screen !
PS … your number in line … in this case # 5042655 … means nothing
It’s just how many folks have logged onto Ontario Public Health since they added this feature a few months back
Makes sense our house alone (2 people) we’ve probably been on a dozen times or more when you consider Booking Shots - Changing Appointments - Downloading various versions of our Vaccine Certificates
And 16,164 users ahead of you waiting
Means noting either
System can handle oodles of people at once
16,164 / 11 Minutes = at least 1000 can be accommodated per minute

I installed the app to verify my printed copy.

This is what I've been doing. I hope we're not forced to use an app. With all the security issues I don't want my personal information contained in one.Dealmaker1945 wrote: ↑ I just put the PDF on my Android phone homescreen. Edit: the pdf I received from PH doesn't have a QRcode. Hope that won't be a problem. Where do I get a version with the qrcode?
