Anyone know what the relevance of that is when it comes to proving Covid vaccinations?

I DO REMEMBER seeing it when I booked my Vaccination Appointments (same website)

Reason as I understand it … was Govt was tracking Canada’s Natives as they were considered a highly vulnerable population

In the same way the website was also tracking folks that were in Essential Services (Medical, Police etc), LT Care, Immune Compromised, or Caring for someone who was infirmed / disabled etc

Canada … in this case represented by Ontario … was making a CONSCIENTIOUS EFFORT to make sure those most at risk got their shots first and foremost before the general,population

That is by selecting two shots, all in Ontario and green OHIP card

To get just the QR code to show, I had to:

Download the pdf to my computer.
Open pdf & do a snip of just the code.
Save clip as a jpeg image.
Email image to someone as an attachment.
Get them to text me back the image.
Save image to phone with shortcut to screen.

It worked.
It would have been much easier if the government could have sent me an image of the QR code directly to my cell phone via txt messaging.
