ACER Aspire V5-571P
I'm not sure where else to post this. I tried to take it Geek Squad but apparently they're not open.
Basically it wont turn on, I took the battery out and tried to power cycle it, but it wont even charge as far as I can tell.
Do you guys have any suggestions at all ?
some information: This laptop is used very lightly, maybe like 10-15 times at most since I bought it like 3 years ago for my mom.
Please if you can help at all I'd very much appreciate any suggestions
