[Acklands Grainger] Milwaukee Fuel 1/2" stubby impact wrench kit w/ 3/8" Fuel Ratchet - $289

This is a fairly good deal if you don't have any existing M12 tools and are looking for these 2, as I was.

You get the 2555-22 1/2" stubby wrench kit, which includes the impact wrench, charger and 2.0 and 4.0 amp hour batteries, and the 2557-20 3/8" ratchet.

They also have the 3/8" impact wrench with the 3/8" ratchet for $289, and the 1/4" wrench with the 1/4" ratchet for $269

Acklands regular prices are almost always awful unless you have a good rep. At this price it's a pretty good deal though.

This is a great deal, very tempting. I have a number of m18 fuel tools that I use daily at work and at home.

Have been waiting for the 2565-22 to come out to get into the m12 system.

I would not buy from them. Used to be called acklands-grainger, but was changed to Grainger Canada. Part of their "make America great again" strategy... They closed a ton of stores and laid of a ton of people. Not supporting this!

Tempting but without knowing when the govt will let me work again or if they will offer any financial support for telling me to shut down during this pandemic - I'll have to pass.
With no battery tools yet is the M12 Fuel OK or better to go with the M18?
Social Distancing means staying apart 2 meters or 6 feet, the depth of a grave.
Get closer and you might have one foot in the grave. (Pass it on)

Depends I used the Stubby M12 1/2" for all my suspension work last year (lots of rust). it struggled with somethings but I fixed that with a Breaker Bar or just kept at it with the stubby. Installed everything!
Was looking to get a 3/8" impact wrench and ratchet so this deal is great!!!!

I didn't have any problem ordering without a company name. I placed the order Sunday night and got the package yesterday.

Yes, absolutely. I have placed many orders with them in the past, including 1 that require a box truck that had was for a 20' superstrut channel to the back of the laneway.

The title says 3/8" ratchet but the model number 2558-20 points to the 1/2" ratchet. The photo lines up here as well.

Right! And also says "sale price $298 each", not "both" tools.

And the description for the impact wrench says 100 ft.-lbs. Isn't it 250 for the 2555?

Messed up ad. Who are these clowns?
