I havent done an exchange before but adidas told me it's easier than reorder/return because you need to wait 14 days before the credit gets returned to your cc. One ultra boost shows on my credit card but nowhere on my account. I placed another ultra boost order with a different colour and I got it showing on my credit card and account. Assuming my first order was out of stock so just waiting to see on my credit card statement if it goes through or not….
