Ordered a pair of Gazelles Apr. 29 and order has yet to be packed or shipped. Customer service says they can't cancel an order once it's been placed. They blame corona on the delay.....seems kinda ridiculous to offer a promotion when they can't even handle regular orders..... good luck

Same thing happened to me with joggers, but it eventually came. Came faster than my amazon order which took a month. I think we just need to temper our shipping expectations these days a bit.
