Yip, it was due to a certain event a few years ago where ppl were able to get like 75-80% off thanks to code stacking

Be careful. I'm unable to set up return for items from last outlet sale 40% off extra from My Orders, it says Final Sale. Very mad at Adidas, been purchasing from their site for years and this is first time happening. Reached out to CS and manager said they would make a one-time exception. FYI.

Well if it says final sale then it's obvious that you should not be able to return them (you not knowing that when you ordered is not their fault). It was nice to Adidas to make a one time exception for you when they don't have to.

Well it didn't says final sale anywhere I could notice until after the purchase. Yes, very nice of Adidas to allow an exception to return an item, what a breakthrough in customer service...

Just trying to make sure others are aware before spending their hard-earned money. If you cared the same and not just about upvotes, such information would've been part of OP.

I still have UB from that event that i haven't gotten the chance to wear yet. Shame it will very likely never to happen again.

Like i said, it's not their fault that you are ignorant about the items being final sale and didnt notice until after the purchase. You can actually cancel the order within 15 minutes after you put it in but of course, you are going to say you didn't know about that as well. Yes, I would say they are being nice because they don't even have to accept your "final sale" return to begin with.
