5x points per dollar on every Retailer (incl'ding Amazon)

Deal Link:
Retailer:
Aeroplan eStore
Every retailer has 5x the points back per dollar. Depending on how you value Aeroplan points, this could be anywhere from 2 cents per point (10% back on travel) to upwards of 5 cents per point (25% back on travel) or even higher if you have access to wicked sweet spot travel (Business class YVR to Japan, for example). Stack the 5x on the eStore back to the 5x Cobalt card gift card trick, and you're in the big points.

This eStore is hella stingy on recording your shopping trips though, so fully disable every adblocker or use a browser without one you use for this kinda stuff. Amazon tends to work better at picking up purchases than Rakuten on this eStore though.

Retailers that are notable given the points back being more than I saw on large promotional events:
Amazon (3x on BF)
Lego
NewEgg
The Last Hunt (Altitude usually goes higher and TLH stays at 1x)
Uniqlo

Assuming you have an Amex Cobalt, for retailers on Aeroplan's eStore that give 5x back that also sell gift cards at Safeway/Co-op/7-11 (i.e. things that code as grocery stores), you buy a gift card for the amount of what you're looking to buy to get 5 MR points per dollar, then buy something using the link on the Aeroplan eStore for 5 Aeroplan points per dollar there.

You end up with 5 Membership Rewards points through Amex (which can be converted 1:1 to Aeroplan) and 5 Aeroplan points, resulting in 10 points total.

The eStore has a 3rd party retailers section that works like Rakuten, You click a link, you buy something, then they give 5x points per dollar, like how Rakuten gives a percentage in cash back.

What you are looking at is not giving points back on a $250 gift card, you are in the section to buy a $250 gift card for 35,000 Aeroplan points.

Thanks OP!
Looks like Apple is included on the list. So for those of you that will be (pre)ordering the new Mac Studio or the Studio Display after the Peek Performance event, this is wonderful!
Obviously they are not on the inclusion list yet, because they technically don't exist yet... I just hope they don't add them to the exclusion list tomorrow, or just retroactively exclude them without telling us...

Most likely the latter.
The new products will be nice…but probably waaay too much for my wallet. The display itself is likely $1500 USD, so in Canadian dollars, it’ll be close to $2K.
