Location: South Parking Lot at Agincourt Mall, facing Sheppard Avenue. Please arrive early as it is first come, first served spots. Staff will be on site to guide you.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read carefully before attending.

Ticketing: This will be a free event for everyone. We will be limiting the number of vehicles at our event to maintain physical distancing. ONE TICKET PER VEHICLE. Vehicles without a confirmed ticket will not be permitted to enter. Only one registration per household is allowed for up to five people in the same vehicle. You must fill out all information upon registration for contact tracing. Upon arrival you must show your printed or digital ticket to be scanned and checked in.

Vehicles: Attendees must remain within a motor vehicle designed to be closed to the elements except, where necessary to register admission and as may otherwise be required for the purposes of health and safety. When you arrive, please be patient and follow the instructions of our staff who will direct you to the best place for your vehicle. For the duration of the event, please remain in the vehicle, except in an emergency. Please turn off your headlights during the movie and do not idle. You will need an FM radio station in your vehicle or a battery-powered portable FM radio to hear the movie. The radio station will be displayed on the screen upon arrival.

Food and snacks: Free popcorn will be provided all attendees. Please dispose all of your waste at home or in nearby garbage bins. The following stores/restaurants may be open: No Frills, Walmart, Pizza Pizza, Burger King, Subway, Congee Queen, and McDonald’s. Hours may vary. Please check with the individual store for store hours.

Staff: The health and safety of our staff is our priority. Each staff will be screened prior to their shift and will be given clearance to work. All staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE. To keep yourself and our staff safe, please keep at least two metres distance during any interaction with them.

Masks or Face Covering: We strongly recommend wearing a mask or face covering which covers the nose, mouth and chin while outside your vehicle.

Personal hygiene and respiratory etiquette: Wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with 70-90% alcohol concentration (provided hands are not visibly soiled). Cover your cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue. Immediately wash your hands. Please avoid touching your face, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

Please note mall washrooms will not be opened.

Weather: If heavy rain, lightning and thunderstorms are forecasted, we will be rescheduling our movie night to a later date for the safety of our staff and vendor. This will be communicated to registrants at noon of the scheduled date.

IMPORTANT: If you are unwell, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have recently returned to Ontario from out of the province or country or have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend. We need your help to make sure this is a safe event for all attendees and staff.

FAQ

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Due to contact tracing, all tickets are non-transferable. If you can no longer attend the movie, please email [email protected] and allow someone else on the waitlist to attend.

Can I sit in the trunk or the back of my vehicle?

Due to provincial regulations, all attendees must remain inside their vehicles.

Will there be washrooms?

The mall washrooms will not be opened.

I don’t have access to a vehicle. Can I still attend?

Unfortunately, at this time you will need a vehicle to attend. As Ontario gradually reopens, we will evaluate and may open some spots on the grass for those without access to a vehicle. Please keep checking this page for more information.
