AIO Cooler GPU

I am using the following components to cool my gpu

NZXT G12
Thermaltake Water 3.0 240mm
Asus GTX 1080ti Blower style

Couple of questions i have is

Should i get a spliter so i can connect both fans to the gpu?
Also should fans be pulling or pushing? I have the radiator set up on top of my case

Fans should be pushing toward the memory and VRMs.

It is not necessary to connect both, a constantly running low RPM fan is fine for 1080ti. The memory doesn't get that hot and neither do the VRMs.

For top mounted 240mm general practice is to push air out. Though it depends on exact situation.
