Air Canada: HKG to YVR/YYC/YEG/YYZ/YOW/YUL Roundtrip ~$600-700

Air Canada has a price drop from flights originating from HKG roundtrip on Economy Standard (e.g. Not Basic), likely for your friends/family. It does not work the other way around or one way unfortunately (e.g. YYZ to HKG)

Flights to YVR are ~$600. Google Flight link: YVR.
Flights to YYC/YEG are $~660, connecting in YVR. Google Flight link: YYC / YEG
Flights to YYZ are ~$700. Google Flight link: YYZ
Flights to YOW are ~$720, stopover in YVR. Long layover. Google Flight link: YOW
Flights to YUL are ~$730, stopover in YVR. Google Flight link: YUL

Just look on Google Flights for your dates and it will forward you after to AC for booking. Other Canadian destinations may work, but it looks like YVR is the connection city of choice for this deal. Stackable if you have coupon codes on top of this. Samples attached below. The catch is look like you need to book on the HKG Air Canada website, which charges in HKD (conversion 1 to 6 approximately).

Multiple dates available starting October 1st to March 31st. It looks like you have to be in Canada for a maximum of 2 months. Some Christmas dates available as per attached.

Just in time for what's going in that city, good luck!

Would be warm if roundtrip. Cold for one way and from HKG to YYZ only.

We can usually get YYZ to Guangzhou roundtrip for ~$800 if interested in doing mainland China as well which isn't too far from HK.

Idk why anyone downvoted this thread. This is an amazing deal for relatives coming to visit.

Hot deal, OP. This is the first time I have ever seen deals for flights originating from HKG.

They should be discounting one way ticket. People need to gtfo of HK for good. ( and take all your money and invest it in Canada =))

IMO we should be evacuating them by the millions, Dunkirk-style. Instead the British are leaving them all out to dry.

The reality is, they don't want to leave. Perhaps to use Canadian medical care, but certainly not permanently and not for an economically limited country like Canada. Otherwise, AC wouldn't need to sell fares this low.
