1. it is probably private message exchange. Posting it here may be illegal

2. if it is public than Frank himself specified e-ticket number.
eticket+family name used to be a key to managing reservation
along with 6-long reservation number. Recently I do not see option
for e-ticket+lastname but may be somewhere it exists.

3. if currently only reservation+lastname is a key --- than
writing it in public domain would be a violation
(at least from common sense point of view).
With this anyone can (probably) change or cancel reservation
and definitely see passport numbers, address , phones, etc.

4. also I would suggest to remove this picture.

Cheers!

You should post on their wall in regards to confidential information.

He posted the ticket #s which can pull the same info as a PNR.

I don't get people who run to Facebook and post this ? Why not call Expedia? Or Air Canada? Since clearly he avoided reading the info while booking his flight on Expedia that asks for $ to choose seats (dependent on booking class)

I wouldn't have posted tickets numbers and itinerary on a Facebook wall, whatever Facebook wall, even the official Air canada wall… but some people think that social media is safe, like those who tells the entire world "2 days left before our trip to XXX" wich, in this case, tells everybody that the house will be free, ready for thiefs and robbers… People, be safe with private infos on forums / social media

For Air Canada, as an answer I would have suggest to "Franl" to contact them by phone, or email, or by private message, not on the wall!

Booking number and facebook name
You can just do upgrades, meals, see passengers and destination and price paid.
Amazing how many people post their reference number on the ac Facebook site using their profile name.

You can do the same thing with the ticket number that you sent to them.
