Anyone still looking for car rentals, I was able to find a car through itravel2000. Initially I booked through Expedia.ca but itravel2000 was about $150 cheaper on an intermediate size car.

Have you used itravel2000 in the past? Is it reliable?

Heads up, I put a price alert on this and got hit with a $96 deal to Halifax (1 week trip) in July!

I'd suggest looking into car rentals before you book as there are not many left, if any. I was able to find a cheap host on Turo for a few days so I'm doing that instead.

See you in Halifax, maybe?

Good call. We live just north of Halifax and always tell people to visit in September. Weather generally great, everything is open, kids are back in school so it’s not quite as busy. Great time to come.

I hope Flair's ontime performance gets better. They have been dogged with a whole slew of unscheduled maintenance delays! But enjoy Halifax! You're there at a great time!

Anyone know the protocol if flight gets cancellend on their end? Refund to card? You're on your own getting there/home?

Yeah IDK. I flew Lynx for the first time and my baggage took longer than my flight.
YVR-YYC is only 90 minutes yet my bags took over 2 hours. I landed at 11AM and didn't get my bags until after 1PM.

Also no power at the seats kind of got to me when I flew YYZ-YVR.

Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

Sign up well in advance just in case they decide to ban you before you even get started like they did to me.
I'm not even sure what I did to warrant being banned for life considering I never even stepped foot in a car.

Also I don't know if there's car share but consider car share if there is one. I have a membership back home but I recently signed up in Toronto too for when I travel there.
