Air Canada - When are vouchers issued?

I had a flight in March that I cancelled and selected voucher option.

However, I still have not received any voucher. Also I paid using a Air Canada Gift Card.

You don’t receive a physical voucher. You should have a credit linked to the locator for the canceled trip.

keep your old ticket and Booking Reference as it is your "voucher".
The unfortunate thing is that you need to speak to Air Canada to make future bookings with the credit. You cannot do it online so, be prepared to be on hold for a while (as always with Air Canada)

I received a credit from Air Canada through Expedia for TD, but when I click on the redeem credit link in the Expedia email, I get a message saying that something went wrong. It's been this way for the past 2 weeks. Will eventually call Expedia to get this straightened out. Just waiting for their call volumes to subside a bit.
