How does it appear on your receipt? I went to IGA and I don't see any mention of the offer on my receipt, but I do see "Coupon 109" in the list of transactions - safe to assume it will be counted towards the 7 offers?
I shopped at Foodland and Sobeys so far and both of them have a line item under the product that says:
BONUS EARNED ** Miles
I did two bonus offer on one of my trips at Foodland, so the BONUS EARNED line item appears twice, one for each offer.

Boycott airmiles they are scam artists. Ive had to go through months of contacting them to actually get them to honor their bonuses 2 years ago due to their incompetence. Hours upon hours wasted dealing with rude and arrogant representives. Even the higher ups are complete tools.

then their selected rewards then hiding them from you once you have enough

non stop shams. I wouldnt be surprised to see a class action against them on these forums one day

some potential to come out ahead here..

cheapest route would be probably
Get 10 Bonus Miles on any Costa Coffee* at Shell! --- 2$
Get 100 AIR MILES® Bonus Miles‡ with 3 magazines - for yourself or as gifts - and pay as little as $3.75/month† (for all 3!) - 4$, probably some other catch also.
Get 150 Bonus Miles with your FREE Hearing Test at any participating HearingLife Canada location November 16 to December 14, 2016.
Get 30 Bonus Miles when you spend $15 or more on any Rose & Robin or Nosh & Co. chocolate, snacking, chips and candy products. 15$
Sign up to Texture and enjoy your first 30 days free,‡ plus get up to 15 Bonus Miles every month you're subscribing to Texture.* not sure the cost, probably 10$
BMO mastercard (if you have one), just make 7 purchases at safeway or shell, go buy a pack of gum 7 times, 7$
spend 95$ at safeway, get 95 airmiles.

so total spend is around 133$, then you earn 1900 airmiles in promo, plus another 400 from the offers, that's 240$ in airmiles.
This one is not that easy. T&C: Miles will be deposited to your Account 4 to 6 weeks following your first monthly subscription payment if you provide your AIR MILES Collector Number, but will be deducted if subscription is cancelled within the first six months after payment is received.

never had an issue here, switched to cash rewards years ago, its been great, bought a weedwacker at rona, instant redeem at the till, also redeemed at safeway and safeway liquor. no issues ever.

I run this in 2 of our vehicles and do 40 liters per day so no problem getting 200 liters in this time.

No, it needs to be 7 DIFFERENT offers.

Could it be because I spent less than $20 that the miles earned didn't show up on the receipt? In which case would the bonus points still be awarded or no?

You can do it with $125. Read my previous post.

It still appears for me. I spent $13.98 in total by buying two blocks of cheese and it says BONUS EARNED 25 Miles. When I spend more than $20 AND use an offer, there is one line item for "BONUS MILES" and another for "1 AM for every $20". Again, it might be based on how the store prints the receipt.

Yes, there is nothing in the T&C of both the offer and the Shop the Block program that says you can't. I already did it with the Foodland offer.

They confirmed me we can use multiple offers in one transaction :

You can use all three Jean Coutu coupons in one Trip 3x MILES for Spending $20, as well using your Cash MILES to pay and buying $10 of the Personalle makeup products and earn 10 Bonus MILES
