the site has problem. cannot get the coupon. Thanks anyway
Get it directly from pgeveryday.ca. - you'll need to create an account though.

The $3 coupon is for TWO Herbal Essences bio:renew Products. Does that apply?

For this promo: [Nov 14 - Dec 14] - Sobeys/Sobeys Urban Fresh - Get 30 Bonus AM When You Buy 2 Herbal Essences Hair Care, 300mL
I also see a $1.50 coupon for ONE Herbal Essences Shampoo AND ONE Herbal Essences Conditioner, Styler OR Treatment product.

I'll see if they take the $3 coupon, if not then try the $1.50 coupon. :|

See the same 78528 and -0.01 on my staples receipt from Nov 14 after I spent $75. At least it seems consistent. That is somewhat reassuring
Staples bonus milescoupons do not post. Keep that receipt for reference it takes 120 days for you to issue a missing miles report.

if u shop at rexall tomorrow spend 55$ and use that 5 off coupon, get bonus of 100AMs , one of the 7 offers, 50$ spent is kinda xpensive for one offer but if u need to buy stuff there, thats alot of bonus AMs 100, plus u can look for bonus items, i havent shopped at rexall in months! place is even more xpensive then SDM!
Thanks for posting this. I used it today, really needed it as everything was extremely overpriced, although there were fairly priced egg, bread and milk. The food aisle was reasonable too. Got 2 box of peak freens for 5 bucks which were on sale. Well at least the store has a good selection of goods to pick up. I couldn't load up on milk as it expires soon. Chips were on sale at .88 cents. I got some vitamins so it was much easier to reach 50 bucks then I had thought.

Anyone know if this is a generic coupon for 5 bucks? Plan to use it again on Nov 20th to buy $30 of stuff at Rexall and get 5 bucks off and qualify as an offer.

I just didn't he Rexall one too, wow is their stuff way overpriced.

Bought a couple cans of baby formula. Only $7 a can more expensive then Walmart... Guess it was a wash with the $5 off coupon and then 100AM. Oh well another completed offer for the shop the block.

$3.00 coupon if you buy 2 bottles. Hope that helps.
I think for that $3 coupon, you need to uy the bio:renew Products. not any kind. but if the cashier doesn't read carefully, they may accept without any hassle. alternatively print the 50 cent or $1.5 one and those are for ANY kind

the rexall coupon has an expiry date of Dec 12, so you can use it again on Nov 20

For offers with barcodes, like at Sobeys, can we show the code on our smartphones?

Think it would as long as you get the code scanned by the cashier. I read the fine print it's only good in stores not online. So, you'd get 50 air miles posted which shows that you used the offer, especially when the conversion HBC one is listed as a 'separate' offer on it's own. This makes the offer you're going for a legit one on it's own. They'd expect some of us to have done the conversion before, I'm sure they want all of us to go out and shop. Us out West are shopping and spending more but I guess still worth it for the free stuff. I'm going to Rexall again, after coming back this morning, as they added a new HGC ecard offer, so it makes it easier to do 5 instead of 3, for my family member.

I see two coupons that aren't on the shoptheblock.ca website and that I haven't seen mentioned.

Jean Coutu

14 to 22 November

Pitou Minou & Compagnons
30 bonus miles with 75$ purchase

I think gift cards don't qualify for the 100AM on this offer.

Buy Finish dishwasher detergent and use a $15 or $25 manufacturer's rebate.
