I’d be surprised if we end up doing more than 5 offers.

It’s getting increasingly more difficult to do anything reasonable. Most of the easy ones are for first timers only.

Seems like I really should sign up for a BMO AM card for these. Any suggestions? Although I do recall the last few being pretty bad for BMO (high spending req).

Like others have said sadly this event is getting worse and worse and harder to do depending on your region. So many are aimed at first timers it's nearly impossible to hit five organically, especially out west!

I was more looking forward to the usual Black Friday 20X Air Miles at airmilesshops, but with Amazon restricting which categories qualify for air miles and a couple of bigger ticket items I want to buy not being available anywhere else, it's ruined my planned strategy.

The base BMO air miles reward. No fees.

Have it and only use it when promotions comes around.

Don't you have to pay a yearly fee ? Not too convenient to have it just for the occasional use.

Yeah, after Rexall left the program and Metro is doing weird promo with the last few offers, I have a bad feeling about this one...let's see.

They don't have the offers hidden on the STB site so I can't access them in the background. They've left the HTML code empty so there's nothing to show.

If I had to speculate... they either accidentally let it slip for MegaMiles and that's why we were able to get a sneak peek, or they saw us accessing early and decided to do things differently this time (that guy who gave everyone the JS code to view and opt into offers before the MegaMiles launch date).

And AFAIK there's no booklets in the stores because of COVID. I think it makes more sense to go fully digital these days anyway.
