data point:
got 800 on 2 accounts, 1 got easy 400 extra from chat, the other got a difficult CSR.
i understand, some of them are tired with these complaints. she asked to email the receipt as proof.
i found the receipt, i messaged the fb page, the fb CSR did not even require the receipt, and just added the miles with the info on transaction.

hmm i cant recall... but arent there hundreds of them anyway? or use aliases?
rule of thumb, find a guy-named csr. well that might be a bit sexist, but chances are, guys are more lenient.

Well then sorry for not browsing trought all the AM threads to find it.

Bonus posted two days ago, but was missing a posting. Had to chat-in as usual to get it fixed, took about 30 minutes all told but at least it's squared away now. FYI the stopping and starting HBC Air Miles auto-convert doesn't work as they have the entire history on file.

Usually do it for both myself and the wife but the B.C. offers especially got nerfed this year. Many of the easy ones are one-offs (HBC, Rewarding Your Opinions) so they're off the table. I was pissed because I missed going to pickup some holiday booze from Safeway Liquor as the offer was only good for a week vs. until Dec. 27 like most of the others.
