Alberta: Auto & Home Pembridge Insurance

Hello,
I am in a market to look for new insurance (my current provider is Aviva) mainly because my rates have increased. I got the lowest quote from Pembridge Insurance (never heard of them). I did some research online and there's not much available so looking to get some first hand reviews in terms of how reliable they are when it comes time for a claim specially their customer service? Please feel free to share your experience with this company as I will be saving almost $1500 compare to my current insurance with Aviva.
