If you are, I would suggest taking advantage of that offer first before redeeming this key for one free month.

Here's the logic:

Sign up for $1 for the first month, Turn Off recurring billing
Redeem your Alienware promotional key, Turn On recurring billing to get an extra month for free
Turn Off recurring billing
End result, you get 3 months of Xbox Game Pass PC for $1

If you redeem your key first, you lose the promotional offer of $1.00 for the first month.

nm. my account page finally loaded with the quests. top right corner theres a rounded triangle. click that and something similar to the image will show up. also, when opening the loot box, i had to disable a bunch of my ad blockers. hope this helps

Try from a new ip address like your phone's cell phone internet with the same account
