Well reviewed Baseus 65W GaN charger for US$ 19.99 + shipping

I went with the BLACK US-Plug + bonus cable, with 30-day shipping total is US$ 20.93 after their $1-off coupon

Bought the WHITE one last time for US$ 27.98 shipped, arrived in about a month. Using it to charge the 2020 Macbook Pro without issues

Conclusion

It is no doubt that the Baseus 65W 2C1A multiport GaN charger has impressive specs, with three ports offering the best power split strategy to date, covering almost all charging protocols including PPS. It shows us how the next-gen multiport chargers will be: compact, powerful, smart.

On the inside, the charger is densely populated with some of the latest components including Navitas NV6115 GaN power IC, ON Semiconductor controller NCP1342, and iSmartWare SW3516H multiport protocol chip. However we find a few details that could use some optimization for better overall results.

Pros:

Powerful and compact with foldable prongs.

Good power split strategy.

Supports almost all charging protocols.

Cons:

A few details that could use some optimization.

Packaging on my previous order says 200 cm - didn't use it yet as I had another C to C charging cable

Edit: Based on posted pictures in reviews the cable doesn't look to be 200CM

Yeah, yours is from Baseus Co Ltd store
My previous order was from Baseus OfficialFlagship Store
This one is from Baseus Official store

Fun and games Aliexpress vendors like to play. However the "bonus" cable that I got before is Baseus branded, so I'm think it would be the same

Good advice for those of you not used to ordering from China (Aliexpress, Bangoood, GB, etc). This was the tracking info of my last order (May 26) in the middle of the pandemic and heavy Canada Post/Customs slowdown

I bought a few of these chargers directly from taobao 3 months ago, works as advertised, but please note it would not support Samsung 45W PPS even if it says it did.

Charger gets hot (not burning hot but above warm) when charging at 65W such as Nintendo Switch or XPS 13, but still works as of today.

AMA.

How is it compared to brands like Aukey and RavPower?

You probably won't get any north america support (Or at least anything in English), neither would returning the product be as easy as Amazon. Build quality wise I would say the product is on par with Aukey (Never used RavPower).

Agreed, although mine (also UBI) shipped July 11th and arrived on the 21st.

Anyways, I'll probably primarily use this for travelling, and there won't be much of that happening anytime soon Crying Face
