I would expect an $800 phone would include wireless charging. I dont see it say it does anywhere.

No wireless charging or official waterproofing with OnePlus phones.

< 1/2 the price of the Pixel 4 XL with a better CPU, more ram, and a triple camera.

Don't forget to get your 2.8% cashback through rakuten and use coupons to drive the price down further if possible.

The Pixel 4 isn't out yet. The camera is better than the Pixel 3 though if you use Gcam.

I'd say buy a case and a qi adapter.

Same here. I was thinking about 7, but now 7t has come down to less than 600 bucks. I am so tempted. And I never cared about wireless charging.

Curious to know this too. Also, I struggle with spending $600 on a phone with no warranty.

For a phone with CAD value of $580 coming from Hong Kong to Manitoba, estimated duties and taxes are $75.40.

If you can wait, just wait for the 8. It would have a much better processor. And OnePlus phones are always a lot cheaper in China through AliExpress vs. buying locally. You usually also save on tax.

Fast charge is usually fast enough you can plug for like 15-30 mins and then go, is there a real need for wireless charging? Or are you using it specifically as a "nice to have" option? Considering the price point you'd have to assume losing out some "nice to have" features anyways.

In the past, has there been even better discounts on OnePlus phones on Singles Day (November 11)?

Ordered the p4 and I'll see what this one looks like in a few days to decide which way I go. Have a 3T right now and have a One that is running Lineage (wife uses it).

My son was in India last week on business and the 7T was released when he was there. He said it worked out to 700$CDN based on the local price.

Compared to the p4 the 7T is a good price but this time around all I care about is picture quality from the phone as everything else is pretty much a wash on current phones.

Price in USD or CAD? Can you clarify in the title.. Makes a 32% difference in the final price...

I'll wait until the 8 comes out and see what the changes are, especially the price. I was surprised to see the 7 and 7T both be 2999 CNY. Hopefully the 8 has a similarly competitive price.
