OnePlus 7T 8GB 128GB $647.12 CAD [$482.99 USD]

Compared to $799 CAD+ tax this is a great deal. There is a chance you will be charged a customs fee but it would still be cheaper.

Note 1: Don't forget 2.75% cashback with Rakuten

Note 2: Potentially takes a long time to get to you. Anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, if you need the phone in a hurry consider this drawback buying from Aliexpress

Note 3: Potentially has warranty problems. US Oneplus might not service your phone if it has a problem. Another drawback buying this from Aliexpress

Note 4: Use Global Rom instead of North American Rom. Might need manual installation of Google play store. Might have other software or setting not exactly the same as the one you buy directly from Oneplus's website. One more drawback.

Earlier thread here aliexpress-dead-deal-2321487/ but reposting since the price has changed and the previous deal was considered dead and this is a new vendor, who had a similar deal with one plus 7 non-pro a few months back aliexpress-oneplus-7-non-pro-256gb-8gb- ... l-2291361/

After the .zip file is copied to your phone, go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm.

What kinda comment is that? Any backing? A lot of people have gotten their OP7 flawlessly from the same seller.

Thanks OP. Great deal!

Global Rom will have Google play store, it's basically just an official Oneplus zip that gets flashed via Oneplus' official way through the system. It's the same software that international model gets. We should be good here :)

One thing to note, I don't believe they have it in stock right at this moment as per the description and that they will ship as soon as they receive shipment.

Considering the OP7 8gb+256gb is only ~$530 on Ali right now, I'd much prefer that over ~$740 for the same spec'd OP7T, but if you're dead set on a 7T, cheaper than buying from OPO Canada.

OnePlus Canada told me they would honour warranty claims on my international OP7 Pro... Just an FYI for those considering.

OnePlus tells people a lot of things, take that with a grain of salt.

I think $200 is a fair difference between the two models which you gain:
- SD855+
- Ultrawide camera
- 90Hz Screen
- Better haptics

It all depends if these are important to the buyer. It's great that we have choices :)

I'm seeing the price as C$ 637.74, but no coupons available.

With 6% TopCashBack, that'll be $599.48.

+ Shipping $25.39 + customs(?)
Total >= $624.87CAD

Perhaps you can lower the price slightly further with Honey coupons or new Aliexpress account coupon.

Shipping with DHL is almost guaranteed to get hit with duties right? And the phones from this seller come with the global rom (play store) so no tinkering involved based on the OP7 fourm.

This phone is sexy. I want the 7t but with a pop up camera. Don't want the curved glass of the pro :(

Too bad the back camera seems like it has a little bump

Good deal but slight correction. You are GUARANTEED to be paying custom fees ordering a phone via DHL from AliExpress. Here's a seller Hong Kong VT Store offering free regular shipping which means no custom fees. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000239658148.html

Shipping also shouldn't be too long, checking their OnePlus 7 reviews from Canadian buyers, 80% say it took 2 weeks even though it's listed as 38-53 days (in general sellers won't risk super cheap shipping with such a high cost item, link here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3302666 ... 730b1AgxGS)

Weird, at the time I post this was shipping free as well. It appears to have changed to DHL only.

Thoughts on upgrading to the 7T from a Pixel 2 XL? I'm mostly concerned about camera quality.
