Some of them definitely look like Eneloops... Just like the infamous Duraloops... Do we call them Amaloops now? :P

I heard these are really good batteries and may be eneloops but wrapped in amazon heat shrink

Indeed we do and we have done for many months.
An RFD forum search of "amaloops" finds half a dozen threads that discuss them. Half of those threads even contain "amazonbasics" in the title. These should more than adequately address the OPs query.
