[Amazon.ca] $119 Shure Wireless SE215 w/ BT5.0 RMCE-BT2 Cable | $75 Cable Only

Just noticed that Amazon has Shure SE215 with the new blutooth 5.0 cable for $119, which is lower than the usual price of the cable alone. Available in 4 colours.

The Shure RMCE-BT2 (Click on other sellers to get it from Amazon) Bluetooth 5.0 Cable is also on sale for $75, in case you already own earphones and just want the cable. The cable uses standard MMCX connector so should work with other IEM brands.

I have owned 4 pairs of these headphones, and I love them. Each one lasts me about 2-3 years with agressive use.

Got these for $109 like a month or so ago. I had the wired ones already, lasted me like 5+ years, not sure how you're breaking yours like that lol.

Oh nice, I guess this isn't as good of a deal then. I paid $129.99 with the older cable. As for breaking it, I use them in the gym and they get snagged on the treadmill and weights because fatty is clumsy af.

Shure must be hurting due to all the TWS earphones flooding the market because in the past they rarely had these huge discounts. None of the sub $250 TWS earphones come close to the sound quality of these though.

I would read the reviews If I were you. I am still not quite ready to ditch the wire for IEMs not to mention swapping the MMCX cable on most IEMs is not easy if you do not have good nails.

Taking off the wire is not a problem tbh, i recently got the WH 1000xm3's and paired them with my PC, the freedom of wireless headphones on the PC while taking care of an infant has been heavenly for myself. I had to return them because they came with a broken hinge. I really want a new pair, but i want to wait for the XM4's to release before i buy another pair. So im just looking for an alternative BT solution until the XM4's release. For sound quality ill never ditch the wire, i have two dac/amp combos that i use for each PC i have (which is a waste to convert to wireless completely), so during music sessions ill use my wired cans. Just looking for something for voice chats, movies or videos etc... temporary solution.

I use the wired ones under my motorcycle helmet. Work great to filter out wind noise and bonus .. excellent music quality even at 100+ kmph.
Shure's warranty is amazing as well. They've already replaced the cable and the whole headset for me.
Using it under a helmet is a bit aggressive and rough on these. Can easily break the components if the helmet is snug.

Its a different world once you drown out that ambient noise while riding, its just you and the road best feeling ever. Try throwing on some classical while riding on a nice warm road by forest's best feeling ever!

Oh yeah, I forgot to include riding as part of my "agressive" use. 2020 riding season is gonna be interesting lol.

So I’ve been looking at these closely and there’s two issues that I can see from various reddit / amazon reviews. The call quality is poor apparently? And the amp is bulky / annoying. Can anyone comment?

And the price was 109 yesterday. :/

Yup, you can swap the wire out by popping the earbuds off. I don't recommend doing it too often cuz my wired ones are kinda wonky now.

Im a big fan of Sennheiser two year warranty and thusfar their products...I am debating to get one pair of the wireless buds and wonder if these would be good idea ?
For some reason I thought everybody goes with Apple Pro headphones when buying BT buds. I would probably stick with devil you know (if anyone has any sort of recommendation?).
