Thanks, too bad these have the crappy vesa plates that you can't easily slip on the top two screws for easy one person install.

What do you mean bad and you can't slip?
Check the description and attached image - you attached the plate and slip on the mount arm.

These have a plate you attach to the monitor. Then you slide the plate into the female piece on the arm and tighten. Looks like an easy one person job to me.

i know others have ragged on you already, but the two open screw hole version is INFERIOR to separate mounting plate. This version is a total joy to install.
