If your corolla has a 2" receiver hitch, yes.

This or spending 3X as much on a Thule? Also my wife has a Liv bike, so the frame is angled, would i need an adapter for the bike in order to load it onto the rack? or do these typically allow the angled frames?

Be careful, this is not recommended for a carbon bike, the mount has to hold the bike by the wheel, not the frame.

Unfortunately its a pass for me, thanks OP.

Shouldn't be a problem. The carrier seems to hold bikes by the crossbars quite high, as shown in the photo.

Most compact cars I've seen only offers 1.25" hitches. You can get an adaptor that converts it to the larger 2" opening, but it would not be as stable and extend awkwardly long past the rear bumper (not recommended).

I have in a make shift situation, just have to have the pedals clear really so it would have to be the only bike on it. Can be a bit cumbersome getting around to the other side without switching the bike around but it absolutely works.

Liv bike should be fine, I checked some pictures of Liv bike. I have this but bought it for $120 before. This will do the job same as Thule but Thule looks better if that's important to you

Excellent bike rack. I paid $235 for it back in March.

If your hitch is 2", I'd say go with this and just get a pipe cutter and shorten it. Take advantage of the anti-wobble feature.

IMO if you only need to hold 2 bikes you'll have more flexibility with a platform rack, which holds any bike by the wheels - you don't need a straight top tube like you do with hanging racks

I've had the older, 5 bike version of this for about a decade. It has been through a lot, and works great. Took 5 bikes (and at times 6, oops!) on it across Canada on the back of an RV, drive it all over on rough roads, and it works and basically looks brand new still. Recommended.
