True that it's tied for ATL according to Triple C but it's regularly $12-14 at Superstore, Walmart, etc unless it's on sale.
Good deal for those who would like to enjoy some M&Ms now at this sale price but not "screaming hot lava buy 1000 of them hot deals"
So much negativity around lately, if you don't like a deal, just move on and let people decide for themselves.

Problem with ATL on CCC is that it doesn't count coupons.
@IslandDeal OP that's weird, your screenshot indicates that you are not a prime member BUT it does not show the "FS if you spend $35 "...
The only time I know of that it is FS is when it is S&S, everything else is +$35 FS.
