Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The only problem is the stand is incredibly bad and feels like it has no stability

All I can say for high end TVs, don't take sale price at face value. Go to visions and ask to see their cost on their computer screen. Not everybody will want to, but if you ask the right person at the right time, they will. Also their cost fluctuates throughout the month. Usually quite a bit lower during big sale weeks like black Friday and boxing week. You should easily get this 65" TV around 2k.
Also, London Drugs 'manager special' are extremely good for OLEDs. Only lasts a day or week though.
