I know amiibo's are kind of dead but who doesnt like a mini Sephiroth figure from Nintendo.

What do you mean they are kind of dead? I am out of the loop. I used to collect these a few years ago. I have a lot of the BNIB unsealed like the Guardian from BOTW and a ton others. For some reason i thought these would be great collectors items one day lol

The craze is over. It was only really popular with the original Wii U Smash ones, then fell off considerably.

The Smash Ultimate ones still get sold out, but I think only the die hard collectors are buying them at this point.

I've got all the original Wii U Smash ones, but I'll probably only pick up Pyra / Mythra and that's it for the Smash Ultimate.

I didn't know what an Amiibo was until I clicked the thread... But... That's what this is? What more description would you want them to add? I mean there's plenty of people who probably don't know what an Avion point is, or a Funko Pop or whatever...

Would 'Sephiroth (Super Smash Bros.) amiibo figure' help you? You're still not going to know what it is either way lol. You click on the thread knowing what an amiibo is and if it interests you - and if not you just found out.

Yes, just "figure" would have been enough to be sure I'm not interested. "Nintendo" would also have done the trick.

Let's not put any description in any titles, just a price and maybe a model number. Then click on every thread and decide if we are interested or not. :facepalm:

Got one, it was packaged loose in an envelope but somehow made it safe. I believe this is the actual retail price, some resellers just gave up on gouging. Still upvoting because it’s sold out pretty much everywhere.

That’s just not true, amiibo still sell really well. They are up to 77 million sold and you might have noticed the switch is a very popular console.

Nintendo does like to keep them limited though. They also didn’t make that many last year, no idea why.
