Those are heavy! Do high reps and you'll feel the burn! Fire

Bowflex 840 is about the same price (~$230), has more adjustments (8, 12, 20, 25, 35, and 40 lbs), and is slightly heavier.

Would recommend the Bowflex 840 over this!

Bowflex 840 also appears to be on sale at $195 currently; it appears to regularly go down to $200 if you miss the sale... now if only the reebok deck would have its turn...

I guess it would depend on what exercise, workout program, strength & health benefits one is going for. Try doing a 35lbs bent press & then tell me that its useless. Amusingly, the bent press is perhaps one of the best 3d movements for overall body health.

Or try doing 200 kettlebell snatches in 10mins (aka Secret Service snatch test) with the 35 pounder. Then tell me its useless or even easy. Again its one of the best overall all in one fullbody + core + cardio exercises ever. IMO ofcos

Not everyone is auditioning for the Hulk in the next Avengers movie. Just sayin...
