Is this a hot deal? the BENQ one for $399 that was on sale a while ago seems to be a better deal. I mean it's not a bad price, but I think it can go lower. more of a warm deal.

I mean, this is the best monitor this generation (or one of them, but I feel it's bettter than the Asus).
Can't really expect it to come down much more, especially with the lack of stock everywhere.

I own the Lenovo equivalent with 165hz, and overall more options, and I don't regret paying a bit more for it. I doubt you could even get it now at the price then.

Facts. Once you go 144hz, you can't go back. And this is as good as you'll get for an IPS panel with low input lag.

Amazing monitor. Worth every penny. I would get another but I really don't need it. My previous 144hz 1080p now just displays pictures of my dogs.

This is $25-30 cheaper than many that ordered on early this month. I paid $493 + tax myself.

850 is still the flagship but it's only slightly better. Mostly it seems like build quality.
