[Amazon.ca] 36" Jorgenson Steel Bar Clamp - $14.95 - Amazon All Time Low

Amazon has an all time low price on Jorgenson 36" Bar Clamps right now (according to some camels). Seems like a good deal. I didnt see any others on sale.

Theyre price matching KMS Tool, and including free shipping. Tempting, but I'm somewhat invested into Bessey clamps.

Ordered, but then looked more closely at reviews.
No longer the former USA made Jorgensen clamps, and a lot of reports that these are better suited for lighter clamping, as the bar has a lot of flex.
Cancelled order.

Same price at KMS Tools if anybody out west wants to buy in-store and see them
Normal price should be $20 CAD for these.

I got in on this right before the price jumped, but they’re apparently on back order - hopefully Amazon still ships them to me!

I’ll check back in here with a review if I receive them. Thanks for posting

I have some of the DeWalt heavy duty clamps (https://www.dewalt.com/products/hand-to ... /dwht83269) and they are excellent. Unfortunately Busy Bee has stopped selling them and they are pretty expensive to order online. I would say that when it gets to 24" and longer clamps of this style, you really need to go with heavy duty (much thicker/stiffer bars and usually 3 locking plates instead of 2). The lighter duty ones will bend easily and it is actually possible to crack the heads. Of course better still for serious clamping pressure at longer lengths would be pipe clamps, but they are certainly not so easy to use.
