Was looking for wireless earbuds to replace my damaged ones and these seem to have nice reviews. Hopefully, they live up to the reviews.
Not sure if there are better options out there, hopefully, some RFDers will chime in :). Cheers!

In one of the reviews: "Summary: Had it for a month now one earbud won't charge at all. There is a sync issue between the two earbuds. Don't trust the reviews cause the box comes with a $20 reward for writing a positive review."

So some reviews might be fake lol

I've bought several comparable ones that have turned out great for about $20 each, like soundpeats and other lesser known "brands". Unless these have some other value added, I wouldn't buy for this price.

What do you recommend? I lose these things constantly and only want to spend $20-30 on them lol

I actually literally just bought these like 2 weeks ago, and yes they do come with a little leaflet offering $10 or $20 if you give their "USB Battery" a good review.

That being said, these are really solid earbuds and that's a great price. I haven't had any Bluetooth issues at all, can use either bud in isolation, and the sound quality is quite good. They're really light and stay put and the call quality seems great.

My only issues with them are that they have a physical button instead of a touch one, so you kind of feel like you're pushing them into your ears when you use the controls, and that if anything the noise isolation is too good, and they make me a little uncomfortable biking because I struggle to hear the street.

Edit: actually one other annoyance is that since they're the airpod style that stick out, they interfere with my bike helmet strap as well, though tbh I consider that a fault of my helmet as that style is way better for mic quality in general. Also, pic for proof: Image.

I bought 2 of the sound peats ones back in June, they were $18 each and were fine. Prime day is right around the corner, I'm pretty confident they'll be something comparable at $20. I have bought 3 different obscure brand ones off amazon in the last year (i have a habit of buying these and giving them to family and friends) and all of them sounded atleast decent, some excellent. got them all sub $20 from some affiliate code that gave $xx off or xx% off.

I'll say it again: it is one giant factory in China that craps out all these "TWS CVC 8.0 BLUETOOTH 5....." earbuds on Amazon. Either they offer different brandings for middlemen (SoundPeats/Dudios, etc) or it's the job of the middle man to stick their logos on them. Their strategy is to price a bit high with a coupon (always a coupon) plus a reward if you leave a good review (and please don't mention this in the review. People fall for it and don't mention it because they think there are repercussions. If everyone mentioned it, we would weed all this garbage out). With the coupon and the reward, you'll find that most of these ought to be priced 12-18$, their true price (How do I know? I bought a pair of soundPeats before, when they were in the low 16$ and received the 40% off card (visible in one of the reviews: Here. When I contacted them, they said I had already bought it at a really low price and they could offer 40% on a new purchase.

So again don't fall for this...always buy this crap sub 18$ OR don't.

As someone else mentioned, fakespot has issues and probably shouldn't be followed blindly. I use it as a guide, and feel you should always look at the reviews and judge for yourself which are fake and which aren't. I've seen many items with over 4 star avg reviews, and A or B fakespot, with what I judged to be full of fake reviews.

100% agree that these amazon earbuds should be no more than $20 unless they offer added features like ANC.

I'm pretty sure Anker is in the same boat as the rest of the Amazon brands for some of their products (Anker started out on Amazon then got really big). They make minor adjustments to an item to create product differentiation then slap on a logo. The earbuds in OP look similar to the Anker liberty air wireless earbuds but the charging case is different. However they do seem to have created their own speakers.

I bought a powerbank off Amazon that was identical to an Anker one, but way cheaper. You can also go on Alibaba and order wholesale Anker products.

Pick up a pair of OnePlus buds for $50 when they're giving away 50% off coupons on a Wednesday.
Nobody cares which companies you use/subscribe to on a monthly basis unless there is a deal to be had. Why advertise for them in your forum signature?

I have Boltune - both version actually and an airpod.

Don't expect to get phone calling to work properly.
When I plug in the charging cable to the charging case with the earphone inside, the earphone doesn't charge. It's when I unplug the charging cable, then the earphone will start charging.

It's not as polished as Airpod. There are minor kinks here and there but it's otherwise fine if you just want to listen to music, youtube, etc...

It's interesting how the people here who actually have the product finds it okay. And then you get 'the others' who doesn't have it and tries to make certain nobody else gets it.
Who should we watch out for really?

I don't see why this is getting so highly upvoted when it's kind of full of shit.

a) No, you cannot find bluetooth earbuds for sub $18 that are close to as good as these, trust me, I've wasted a lot of money on cheap bluetooth earbuds over the years, all of which I eventually hated. These are the first pair that I would actually consider recommending to someone.

And b) while there are some companies offering multiple brands from the same parent company, that is not the reason that they all say "TWS CVC 8.0 BLUETOTH 5...". That is because all of the companies that make cheap bluetooth earbuds like this are basically 100% dependent on Qualcomm chips to hand the bluetooth and dsp. The companies are all sourcing / making their own speaker drivers and batteries and housings, but the reason they all sound similar in description of capabilities is because they're all fundamentally based around the same Qualcomm chips and just regurgitating Qualcomm's ad-copy, not necessarily because it's a single entity making them.
