[Amazon.ca] 4-pack TP-Link Kasa Smart Plug (HS103P4) $29.99

Seems like an ATL.
3-pack is on sale at $26.99 so I think 4-pack is a better pick-up.

Edit
July8: Price dipped from $29.99 to $25.55

Good to know for when you're automating the powering on of circular saws for your home security setup.

Great deal, I bought the four pack when it was on last seek. The Kasa app is fantastic, very easy to setup and use on a daily basis. I use the schedule feature often for my coffee maker to turn on before work. Also used another one to turn a lamp on from 21:00 - 01:00 when I was away for the weekend. No complaints!

haha - now there's a home automation/home security setup I haven't yet thought of!

(but on a more serious note, folks using these on coffee makers, 3d printers, car/space heaters, etc. are the ones who should be most aware of the 13 vs 15 amp difference)

Is 15 Amps enough for a portable A/C?
I'd like to be able to start my A/C before leaving the office.

If it plugs into a standard socket in north america, it has to use less than 15 amps since these circuits should all have 15 amp breakers. The only place 20 amp circuits are common are in kitchens in newer construction or renovations (Three prongs, one prong shaped like a sideways T). I've never seen a portable AC with a 20 amp plug.

I have so many of these plug things built up over the years and hardly ever find any good use for them.
