I know time machines are not a thing but I am glad I jumped on yesterday's deal on the Samsung Evo 860 for $70 + free shipping

In comparison this seems like a meh deal

No, doesn't appear to use the fastest NAND either but the controller is fairly competent for SATA. Not bad as a secondary storage/game drive, albeit a bit small.

For those willing to spend $10 more, the WD Blue is still $70 at Amazon.ca: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B073SBZ8YH

DRAMless.
The SU650 is the bargain basement line.
Buy at least the SU800 series.
The WD Blue is much better with DRAM and a 5-year warranty.
The Samsung 860 evo is $5 more than the Blue at Staples.
