Best Buy has it for $240. PM with Home Depot that's selling it for $300 and get the extra 10% price beat. My guess is that's the best price you're going to get; it's inline with Amazon's BD sale last year. I doubt it'll go for less than $240 which is what Airthings was selling it for direct from their website for their BF sale.

I just successfully PM'ed HD against BB's sale price on the phone.
