[Amazon.ca] All-Clad D3 Stainless Cookware model 41126, 12-Inch Fry Pan with Lid $115.49

Not as good as the fantastic deal that sold out so quickly and listed earlier today for the 10 inch model fry pan at Bed Beth and Beyond, but still a solid deal. It includes the lid, so is more expensive than the deals found historically on redflagdeals for just the frying pan alone.
I find the 12 inch size to be a very convenient choice for preparing food for a family of 4.

In response to the mentioned class action lawsuit in the responses below, this is in reference to issues caused by placing these pots and pans in the dishwasher. I have never done this and my pan is still in excellent condition. Typically, after cooking, I place some water in the pan, put it back on the burner which I have already turned off which softens anything left in the pan. The pan cleans up with ease with a little baking soda when I am ready to clean it. I have owned one of these for a few years and would say it was a game changer for me for my cooking performance in the kitchen. I am purchasing one for my daughter who also loves using it.

This is for the 3-ply, I've heard that for stainless steel you ideally want the 5-ply stuff, but I don't have any personal experience with the All-Clad stainless line to know if it makes a difference or not.

What I do know is that these handles suck.

pretend you're a real chef by having a dish rag over your shoulder so you can use it to handle these stainless steel frying pans without melting your fingers off.

The handle doesn't get hot. I'm assuming his main complaint is about the shape of it.

I have the set - 3plys are better - value is better
My allclad 3ply SS pans are probably one of the best purchases in my life. They are phenomenonal - they deserve the hype
I don't mind the d3 handles

Decided to get it to supplement a cuisinart MCP set I bought a few years ago. As my family grows and when hosting people I’ve found that I need a larger frying pan and larger pot. Will probably buy a 7-9L pot as well in the future

Yes, exactly this. The concave handle feels awful and I can't quite understand how these handles gained any popularity (in home kitchens at least) over a convex handle like my Anolon pans have.

I don’t mind the handle. I can rest a spoon on it. It also helps when holding the pan vertical to pour a sauce or slide an omelet onto a plate (yes I cook eggs on it and no they don’t stick when I do it properly).

I don't see why anyone would need to buy this kind of thing when Costco has a whole 5 ply stainless set for like a shocking 300$!

Costco discountined the set in the US and I have a feeling we still have left overs in canada. I was deadset on their set and made a lot of research. Basically they're chinese made, support lower temps in the oven and they warp easily on induction stoves. A lot of reports on the warping.. That's a no go for me since I use induction.

Well taken cared of, without an induction stove, the kirkland set is amazing value imo. All-Clad is super expensive, but worry-free for induction. They also proved to be lasting decades and have an overall very good track record, so to me this feels like an investment more than anything.

Bruh, this is the type of kitchenware that you hand down to the your next generation and then they hand it down to their next. Not your sh1t T-Fal accessory from Canadian Tire.

I have both 3- and 5-ply in my collection of cookware. I find the 5 takes longer to heat up, but either one is a good choice. Honestly, if I had to do it all over again, I would get the 5 ply copper, at least for the fry pan. These will last a lifetime and will produce better results for something you do many times a week (cooking, that is).
