[Amazon.ca] Amazon Basics Neoprene Coated Dumbbell Hand Weight Set $58.79

Doesn't look like a sale price, but it's in stock and decent price. Comes with a stand. The costco version of this was going for $60 a few months ago.

I work out 3x a week with my 9 year old daughter and she uses 3-5 lb weights, and I think it's great. Keeps my accountability up, and gets her in the pattern of working out early in life.
Don't worry about how much you SPEND , it's how much you SAVE that matters.

Edit: I posted the above in the wrong but still related tread. Here is the link to the AmazonBasics Adjustable 38 Pound Dumbells Weight Set that I was talking about:

I’m not seeing the deal for the 3 sets? Wife was just asking something like this so the timing is perfect.

AmazonBasics rubber hex dumbbells are 10-50lbs in 5lb increments. Stock comes and goes, you just need to keep checking. 20,25,30,35,40,45 have all shown up briefly in the last week. Haven't seen any 50s though.
About $1.50/lb. They're recycled rubber, so they offgas (smell) and might be oily. For most people, smell dissipates after a while and oil can be washed off. Virgin rubber would be better as it would not have these issues, but you can't get that for these prices.

For over 50lb, either other brands on amazon or your local fitness store. YMMV on both of these options. Expect to pay $2/lb or more for generic rubber hex dumbbells, much more for urethane.
For example, here's a 60lb for $141. https://www.amazon.ca/Cap-Barbell-Dumbb ... B002OEU4QU
